Health & Beauty Partners LLC ("HBP," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent personal care consulting firm based in Gilbert, Arizona. We provide formulation, manufacturing advisory, and regulatory guidance services to brands in the personal care industry. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or entity using our website or services.

03Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or connected systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the website using automated means without our written consent

We make certain guides, checklists, templates, and other resources available for download, sometimes in exchange for your contact information. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them, or remove any branding or attribution, without our written permission.

Our resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, or regulatory advice tailored to your specific situation.

05Educational Content & Masterclasses

We offer educational programs, masterclasses, and other content for personal care brand founders and teams. Registration may require you to provide accurate contact and, where applicable, payment information. Educational content reflects our experience and professional judgment and is provided for informational purposes. It does not guarantee any particular business, regulatory, or financial outcome.

06Consulting Services

Our consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or retainer agreement) executed between you and HBP. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

Advisory scope only. HBP provides formulation, manufacturing, and regulatory guidance in an advisory capacity. We are not a law firm, a regulatory authority, or a medical provider, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, medical, or definitive regulatory advice. Our MoCRA and compliance services are advisory and do not replace qualified legal counsel.

No guarantee of results. The personal care industry involves factors outside our control, including supplier performance, manufacturer execution, market conditions, and regulatory change. We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, cost savings, regulatory approvals, or commercial outcomes.

07Intellectual Property

Your formulations and materials. Consistent with how we operate, clients retain full ownership of the formulations, recipes, specifications, and proprietary materials developed for them through our engagements, as set out in the applicable engagement agreement. We claim no ongoing ownership of, or royalty on, the products we help you build.

Our website and content. The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, guides, course materials, and the Health & Beauty Partners name and branding — are owned by HBP or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license to our intellectual property is granted by your use of the website.

08Third-Party Costs

Where an engagement involves purchases on your behalf — including raw materials, ingredients, and third-party laboratory or testing fees — those costs are passed through to you at cost and are your responsibility. HBP does not mark up pass-through costs, and does not absorb them. Specific arrangements for any such purchases are set out in your engagement agreement.

09No Warranty

The website, resources, and educational content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information provided is complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBP and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website, resources, or educational content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability arising from our consulting services is governed by the limitation-of-liability provisions in the applicable signed engagement agreement.

11Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the website, you consent to the practices described there.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the website or services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The specific terms of any consulting engagement, including any agreed dispute-resolution process, are set out in the applicable signed engagement agreement.
